Position Description: We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) or Physician Assistant ( PA ) with at least 2 years of clinical experience and a current NP license in New York to join our telehealth team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience providing telehealth services and expertise in geriatric care.

Flexible Schedule! Full-time or Part-time with a minimum of 20 hrs per week. Shifts include Weekdays 8am - 7pm, Weekend, Overnight and Holiday 7am - 7pm

                                                             Qualifications:

• Active Nurse Practitioner ( NP ) license or Physician Assistant ( PA ) certification in New York.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in telehealth and geriatric care.

• Strong communication and patient care skills, with an ability to deliver remote healthcare services effectively.

                                                              Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for elderly patients.

• Document patient interactions and maintain accurate medical records.
