EVALUATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL INTERVENTION ON INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE TO IMPROVE KNOWLEDGE FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS
REQUEST FOR STUDY PARTICIPANTS
Who is conducting this study and what is it about?
This study is a research project by a NPARI member who is a DNP student at Regis College, Weston, MA. It pertains to evaluation of healthcare providers’ knowledge on IPV.
Who can participate in this study?
Participants must meet the following criteria:
- Be MD/DO/NP working in family practice and internal medicine
- have access to a computer with Internet connection
What are participants asked to do?
Participants are asked to complete a survey including a power point presentation that will take less than 30 minutes.
Why would participants want to complete this study?
Participation will help improve knowledge on IPV and patient’s outcome such as safety and harm reductions. Participation is voluntary, confidential and anonymous, and has no foreseeable risk or harm.
