I am looking for a preceptor for my following clinical rotation, it will be NSG6420 Practicum I: Family Health - Adult and Gerontology (150 clinical hours are required) / Starting date is April 25, 2023.
Sites could be Primary care, outpatient clinic, or urgent care. May also be a long-term care facility, VA, health department, community health clinic, internal medicine, in-home primary care of adults through geriatric populations, etc. The population must include patients aged 13+.
