Welcoming and loving oriented FQHC - Health Center seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP in Fitchburg, MA!

Your Role with the Company:

  • Full time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Team based mindset with collaborative environment
  • FNP will work in a cardiovascular setting assessing patient's physical and psychosocial health/illness status through taking history and physical examination
  • Nurse Practitioner will diagnose, manage, and refer patients with patients with acute, episodic, or chronic illness

Background Profile:

  • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
  • 2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP
  • Active MA License
