Gorham, NH: We invite a confident FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT to join a newly opened Walk-In Care practice in this pretty northern New Hampshire town. Gorham is just south of Berlin, a town of 16,000 people, and is on the same latitude as Burlington VT and Augusta ME. Gorham is a 3 hour drive from either Boston or Montreal.

In this role, you can expect most patients to present with low acuity urgent care issues (there is a hospital ER in nearby Berlin) along with some unscheduled primary care. This practice operates weekdays only and welcomes patients ages 1 and up. You can choose a 4 or 5 day/week schedule (40 hours). This service was launched by an established FQHC/community health center to address community needs. Join a Physician and an experienced NP in this outpatient-only setting seeing 2-3 patients/hour.
