We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 54-day locum tenens assignment with a home health organization in Massachusetts, starting 07/14/2025. This flexible opportunity requires coverage from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the ability to work multiple days per week. The ideal candidate will conduct in-home Medicare assessments, including reviewing medical history and medications, completing HRA/Charts, and performing required screenings such as DEXA, retinal screening, and FOBT.
