Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Job Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, or related specialty
• Ability to work autonomously with physician support on-site
• Strong charting and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities

Healthcare Responsibilities

• Conduct patient rounds and review previous visits in a clinical setting
• Assess and manage patient medications and treatment plans for adult patients
• Deliver high-quality healthcare to a diverse adult patient population
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical support staff
• Complete charting and documentation throughout the day, including during no-show periods and lunch breaks
• Maintain a positive and efficient workflow, ensuring timely patient care and accurate documentation
