Job Description

Our client, a high-volume pain management clinic in Massachusetts, is hiring a Nurse Practitioner. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join the team in providing exceptional care to patients. As a leader in interventional pain medicine, the clinic specializes in developing individualized and compassionate approaches to treating acute and chronic pain using leading-edge and minimally invasive procedures.

Responsibilities

• Providing treatments, injections, and chronic pain procedures
• Managing medication refills and building long-term patient relationships
• Seeing 25-30 patients daily
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participating in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices
  
  

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts
• 1-2 years of experience in pain management or a related field
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with chronic pain management and interventional procedures
• Knowledge of pharmacology and medication management
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management systems
• DEA license (reimbursement under consideration)
• Malpractice coverage
• Ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility to accommodate scheduling needs
