This medical center is a well-established healthcare facility featuring an inpatient psychiatric unit serving patients from age 10 to elderly. The facility provides comprehensive mental health services with strong interdisciplinary support and is committed to delivering quality patient care to the MetroWest community.

Opportunity:
Certified - Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Job Details:
• NP position requiring 2+ years of experience in family medicine
• Working in an inpatient psychiatric unit with patients ranging from age 10 to elderly
• Intermittent weekend coverage with forecasted need for one year
• Managing approximately 52 patient encounters per shift
• Must have active Massachusetts medical license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Board certification required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 60 days
• Position start date: December 1, 2025 with ongoing assignment

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $85 - $100
