Nurse Practitioner - First Aid Clinic 2 hours/day Volunteer Position in exchange for free vacation New

We wish to invite you to participate in a unique service opportunity in a frontier medicine rotation on Swan’s Island, Maine. We are establishing a first aid clinic to address acute, minor medical problems during the summer months. The clinic will be open 2 hours a day, M-F. We are asking providers to come work with us for 1-2 weeks or more during July and August 2026. In return, we will provide free vacation home stays to the participating providers and their families/partners to give them what we hope will be a fun working vacation experience. Swan's Island offers sublime hiking and bicycling, rocky seashores and sandy beaches, beautiful island and ocean views, sailing, kayaking, and of course, the freshest seafood. You will be invited to dinner at the homes of island residents and will have the opportunity to attend and participate in cultural and social events too.  You will be welcomed by all, and will have the gratitude of an entire island community.
