Dear Representative ( or senator)

I am writing to request your support for the Health Care Provider Shield Act bills (H7577 Sub A and S2262 Sub B). These bills are very important to me.

These bills are about protecting access to health care that is vital and legal in Rhode Island. These bills protect providers that offer essential reproductive and transgender health care.

This legislation has broad support from the health provider community. It ensures that Rhode Island medical providers, including family physicians, OBGYN’s, nurse practitioners and others are able to continue providing vital health care to patients, without the threat of out-of-state laws making it harder for them to do that.

Please vote in support of H7577 Sub A and S2622 Sub B to protect providers and patients on the House floor on Tuesday.
